Keepers Kitchen - Sedgemoor

This will be my 4th week staying at this hotel whilst our charity is vaccinating the housebound population of Somerset. Its a great place to stay and comfortable with a good menu. Having had the same dishes to choose from for some time, can you please consider alternative menu options? Also at breakfast, the only egg choice appears to be scrambled which due to the way its stored on the buffet counter, is always overcooked. Some alternative egg options like boiled, fried or poached would be appreciated.

Food was beautiful. It was fresh and there was plenty of it. We struggled to eat it all. Service was quite slow but staff were lovely and very pleasant.

We were often and had no problems and the food is usually great, on this occasion we had to wait the only family food for 30 minutes to place our order and went without pudding, as we were not asked if we wanted at all. They seemed short staff, but when they came back, they decided to chat instead. The table was not even clarified, but the food was great, which is disappointed when it is left off by the service. Will be unlikely to visit again for a while.

I had a really delicious pizza called Somerset ........ My husband had slow cooked belly pork with veg and potatoes. Very good. Good value for money. Service good. Ambiance lacking. Like a works canteen.
