We had such a great time that we decided to return on Saturday night and were not let down. Definitely recommend a visit!

I highly recommend trying the Thai Green Curry and the homemade crumble. The prices are very reasonable. Although it is a small restaurant, it has a charming atmosphere. I have recommended Fresh to all my friends and family.

Like all gems, it's tucked away but easy to find if you know it's there. Situated right next door to the Premier Inn, you can see the blue Exchange tower from the dual carriage way (and even from the motorway! . The food is delicious. Everything is made fresh to order and you can really taste the quality. There's a good variety on offer and there are a good selection of homemade deserts too. The staff are really helpful and friendly, we never had to call for attention but nor did they hover. The resaurant itself is modern with floor to ceiling windows and soft lighting. Great as a date restuarant as you feel really spoiled without having to splash out. Also good for relaxing night with friends or colleagues. Plus, above all that, they have loads of great offers on at the moment there's even a free bottle of wine when you book on Saturday night! Fabulous all round.

I highly recommend the teriyaki noodles, they were excellent. The restaurant has a nice and modern atmosphere, and the view out the floor-to-ceiling windows allows you to admire the spectacular sunset over the Quantock Hills. It is a great place to take your significant other for a romantic and relaxed meal.
