However,... read more We have visited this restaurant multiple times, driving all the way from Kansas City. The food is good, and I particularly enjoy the fried portobellos. However, during our visit today, we were significantly overcharged. I paid with my card and brought the mistake to the attention of the person at the register, but he was unable to correct it. Additionally, we ordered a half slab of ribs but only received 5 bones on our plate. If I choose to come back, I will definitely keep a closer eye on my bill. I was quite disappointed with this experience.

Overall great experience!

Went on a Sunday, was busier than expected- so busy they had to close early as they were out of several menu items. They forgot one of our items, but overall the service was sufficient and the experience above average. A fixture of Sedalia dining. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are few and far between, understandable for a steakhouse. They have salads, but I'd recommend non meat fried foods on the menu. Didn't have an opportunity to ask if they were fried separately from meat items.
