It was busy and the... read more Everybody praises Mike the waiter and all the staff today! You were the stars today! Mike was the only one on the ground and did everything. It was busy and they were short staff in the kitchen. Mike apologised and let me and the guests know that it could wait a bit. What I could say, however, was the waiting time for service and my food when something shorter than I expected from most Dennys and other restaurants lately. And the food was great, my steak was perfect. Much better than I expected from a Denny's with a long shot! Mike on the go, constantly busy, never brutal, out and sincerely friendly and attentive, never come as impatient, I realized that I have not seen or experienced this level of professionalism and service in every restaurant in a very long time. I even discovered him through the kitchen door that helps with the dishes. Give Mike and the rest of today's crew an increase or you'll lose them.
