It is too noise and servers ignore your group and they will not listen to you when ordering

Big menu but almost half is beer. I had the salted watermelon margarita which was different and pretty good. My wife had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger which she said was good. I had a small order (one of the few or only thing on the menu that had a small and large sized portion) of the Jambalaya which was delicious. I also took some home with me so the small size was plenty big enough for me. We had reservations and were seated in about 15 minutes. The hostess was telling people without reservations that is was a 30 to 35 minute wait. When the waiting times are that long, the bar is full and the lobby is not very large for lots of people to stand and wait but they do. This place can get very loud. Our table was near the front door so it wasn't too bad.

Was pretty busy at check-in and literally ignored for minutes. When finally acknowledged, told them I had a reservation and to make sure it was noted. Was told it was though I felt it wasn’t. Split a meal with my grandson and never got an extra plate for me to eat from so had to reach across the table to eat. Also did not get the salad I ordered. Was hard to get anybody’s attention so never got my salad. Day after our reservation, OpenTable contacted me and said we never checked in. Explained that I did and had proof we ate there and because of all the mix ups would never go back.
