I asked if I could just have a regular cup for water and they told me no. I can?t even have water because of their negligence. Don?t care how the chicken is, won?tcome back here if that?s the standard of customer service.

The cashier refused to take order and told us to order online because they so much go on what I understood and went and others... read more The costumer service is terrible. The cashier refused to take order and told us to order online because they so much go on what I understood and went and others online, next thing you know, she takes new orders from costumers behind us. A cashier should be available to take orders to all costumes, not only those she wants. It is disappointed and in addition we had to wait about 45 minutes for our order. Not recommended!

When I came in to pick up my online order, the employee sneezed into... read more I've visited many Wingstop locations in the area, and this one was by far one of the worst. When I came in to pick up my online order, the employee sneezed into her sleeve right before asking if she could help me. I accepted the food since it was already in the bag (which I opened with gloves), but it was still pretty unpleasant. To make matters worse, I had to reheat half of my wings. They really need to improve!

If they have two working cash registers right at the front, why not allow orders in person?
