Wild Ginger in downtown Seattle has been a staple restaurant, but recent reviews suggest it may not be living up to its reputation post Covid. While some appreciate the service and atmosphere, others found the food lacking in quality and flavor. The menu offers a nice selection of small plates and a good wine list, but some reviewers felt the portions were too small. Despite mixed reviews, some diners still found the food to be excellent, while others were disappointed with the bland and unexciting flavors. Overall, Wild Ginger may need to re-evaluate its quality control to meet the expectations of its patrons.

What Anonym dislikes about Wild Ginger Seattle:
Made reservations on open table for new years. They were closed despite being on open table AND on their Google page saying they’re open on new years. If you’re closed, then update your hours online. Unprofessional. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
The restaurant was average. It didn't leave a lasting impression, but it also wasn't terrible.
Service and Atmosphere were fantastic. Food was mall quality at best… Have a drink, but dine some place else. Kitchen staff clearly doesn’t specialize in the food the restaurant is claiming they do. When your dish comes out within 9 minutes of ordering …. You know you are in for a special treat.
The service at this restaurant was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff from the moment we walked in. We shared the half duck with steamed buns and butter chicken, both of which were delicious. We were still raving about the food the next day. Our experience here was flawless - we loved the food, our server, and the location. A big thank you to Wild Ginger for a fantastic dinner on our first night in Seattle. We look forward to returning.
