Wild Ginger in downtown Seattle has been a staple restaurant, but recent reviews suggest it may not be living up to its reputation post Covid. While some appreciate the service and atmosphere, others found the food lacking in quality and flavor. The menu offers a nice selection of small plates and a good wine list, but some reviewers felt the portions were too small. Despite mixed reviews, some diners still found the food to be excellent, while others were disappointed with the bland and unexciting flavors. Overall, Wild Ginger may need to re-evaluate its quality control to meet the expectations of its patrons.

Was rebecca boomgaarden at Wild Ginger Seattle a mag?
Fantastic meal! I’m celiac and deeply appreciate the many gluten free items on the menu. Lettuce cups are always a favorite, but we tried the mushroom appetizer and found it equally delicious. Warm, meaty, with a perfect blend of flavors that came to life in the dipping sauce. Sea bass with peanut was perfectly done, crisp light crust over tender fish, and again, the perfect blend of flavors. Perhaps my favorite sea... View all feedback.
What Joe dislikes about Wild Ginger Seattle:
I used to love this place. Hostess acted beleaguered at greetinf us on arrival. Overworked? Food we ordered was missing sauces. Clean plates to eat from seemed to be an afterthought. Came by here for Seattle Restaurant Week and I got the Laksa, Pork Satay, and Mango sorbet.
I came here with a colleague on a Monday evening in October 2017 while working in the area.
I literally blindly selected this restaurant.not knowing how far it was from my place or what sort of food they had.

This is my favorite Seattle restaurant. Service is always excellent!
