Feedback
Westward in Seattle is known for its amazing setting and delicious food, but some reviewers found it to be overpriced. The cocktails and food were generally good, with standout dishes like fried green tomatoes, yukon gold potatoes, and risotto. While some felt that the portion sizes were small for the price, others praised the flavors of dishes like pork ribs and delicata squash. The atmosphere was described as cozy and beautiful, with an outdoor fireplace adding to the charm. A reviewer mentioned that the music was too loud, making it difficult to hear servers and have conversations. Despite mixed reviews on pricing and portion sizes, Westward stood out for its exceptional service and memorable dining experiences for special occasions like weddings. The stunning views and attentive staff made it a favorite spot for many diners, despite some room for improvement in terms of value and portion sizes.
The service was outstanding and the food was fantastic!
We hosted a group event at this restaurant. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious.
During our trip to Seattle, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Westward. We had high expectations for the oysters, and they did not disappoint. Additionally, we tried the spicy clam dip, halibut ceviche, crispy Yukon potatoes, and Hama Hama Manila clams, all of which were fantastic. The potatoes, in particular, were a pleasant surprise - perfectly crispy and delicious.
Stunning location. Very interesting, if limited, menu. High prices. The only suggestion I would make is not to clear plates while people are eating. A server tried to remove a plate that I was still eating! Don't rush people!
Our server, Kira, was unfriendly and cold, which unfortunately affected our overall experience. While everything else was wonderful, we couldn't fully enjoy all that the restaurant had to offer due to the poor service.
