Great little place, seem to have an issue with reservations though, we were still able to get in about 15 20 mins late, but almost lost the table to another group because a different employee came up, they are not organized in that way. (Sunday Brunch)

Our waiter was also our bartender and he did an INCREDIBLE job! He singed all the time and made a wonderful brunch trip. My friends from the city were impressed.

Average location with average but outpatient servers.

This was our second time at Vittles, and it was every bit as good. It is an extremely casual, somewhat funky environment, but the food and service are both top notch. It is very moderately priced for what you get, and it definitely is comfort food as advertised. We had a wonderful crispy artichoke and cauliflower appetizer, followed by a grilled vegetable flatbread and a pumpkin pasta. All were excellent and very reasonably priced. The service was very casual but very efficient, friendly and entertaining. This is not a fancy or epicurean establishment, but they have wonderful food and really nice service.

We went there for brunch. The food was very good, although a little bit cold for two of our four dishes when they came to the table. There had to be something wrong on that Sunday morning, since there was only one person serving all tables and bar seats. It took 15 minutes before we got water and It took 55 minutes for our food to be prepared. I would think about giving this place a second try as I like the food, and find out if the slow service is common at the place.
