Evergreens, a chain salad restaurant, garners mixed reactions from customers. Many appreciate the fresh, diverse ingredients and customizable salad options, citing their health-conscious approach. The convenient app for ordering and prompt service also earn praise, along with a few standout menu items like the spicy kale Caesar. However, some diners express frustration over inconsistencies in orders, particularly with unwanted ingredients sneaking into their salads, and a lack of basic dressings. Additionally, concerns have been raised about the treatment of delivery couriers and inadequate restroom facilities. While the food receives high marks, the overall experience calls for cultural improvements.

Chain salad place with a decent selection and quick service. The servers were friendly. Limited seating at this location. Good choice if you're in the area and looking for something on the healthy side.Food: 4/5 View all feedback.
What Michaela D dislikes about Evergreens:
Maybe I'm just not enough of a salad enthusiast for a place like this. I like the build-your-own option, but feel like it's missing some stuff. The only issue I have is that when you order for takeout or delivery, they don't mix everything together. All the toppings are just placed on top of the lettuce, making it difficult to eat. However, that is the only downside. The salad and the choice of toppings are fantastic. I have spent a lot of money here, but I am completely addicted!
The chips were not prepared correctly. No bread was served with either salad. The service was quite embarrassing, to be honest.
COOKIES SO GOOD. STEAK IT OFF WRAP was good but even without the jalapeños still very spicy
The food was incredibly fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant, especially since they offer gluten-free options. As a person with celiac disease, it's important for me to dine at places that cater to my dietary needs.
Build your Own salad, very fresh and tasty!
