Was Anonym at Ferdinand a mag?
bar ferdinand was the perfect date night. the ambiente was exactly what we wanted. no distractions with tvs just dimming lighting and great music. the service was also fantastic! great recommendations for eating and very knowledgeable when it came to their wine selection. I've already recommended it to my friends. Go on! View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Ferdinand:
Only go here if you have at least 2 hours for the experience. Also, the service charge is 20%. Usually if it is mandatory, it is only 10 to 15. . . .Just raise your prices. View all feedback.

This was our first visit, and what a fantastic discovery it was! The staff were very knowledgeable, and the wine selection was excellent. We will definitely return the next time we’re in Capitol Hill.

BF is fantastic! Marc really knows his wines. I'm looking forward to enjoying Bar Ferd's Rosé this summer!

Excellent location (except may if you drove there, parking might be difficult) in a very cool and new little alley. The food (especially the bread) was very good and they had a rather large selection of wines. They also had a few ciders, which I enjoyed. I really liked the atmosphere of the place. Casual and relaxed with a sort of industrial feel.

Beautiful wine bar with a chill ambiance. Nice selection of wines and unique food offerings. The seasonal tomatoes were divine, as was the potato and tuna pizza. We chose a wine from the great selection on display. However, the woman serving us didn’t seem to have a clue. She opened the bottle, poured very full glasses (I had to stop her), never offered to let us taste the wine before filling our glasses and walked off with the cork. Maybe wine just isn’t her thing.
