Gradually, I... read more I've been a regular at this restaurant for over ten years. It was originally called Teriyaki Bowl, but it changed ownership early in the pandemic. Gradually, I noticed some changes—packaging became more upscale, and prices crept up a bit. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. About a year ago, every time I ordered, the food was disappointing—often dry and sometimes burnt. The rice had an off smell and taste, and the vegetables seemed like they were reheated leftovers. So, I stopped ordering altogether. Recently, a neighbor mentioned that the quality had improved, so I decided to give it another shot. I’m glad I did! The food has indeed gotten better. In fact, I’ve eaten there three times in the past week. Keep up the good work, Teriking!

Our kids really enjoy the food here, which is far better than the unhealthy fast-food options nearby.

The port... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant with both the food and service. I ordered teriyaki chicken, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. The portion size was incredibly small, and the chicken tasted like burnt cardboard. Each piece of chicken was so tiny and thinly sliced that they were all overcooked and dry. To make matters worse, the woman who served us was quite rude. I've had much better teriyaki at other places in Seattle. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant to save your money.
