I asked the bartender, Joshua, to surprise me with one... read more We stopped by this wonderful restaurant before a show in Seattle. It's a hidden gem off the beaten path. I asked the bartender, Joshua, to surprise me with one of their drink specials. To my surprise, it had Gin in it (which I usually hate), but I ended up loving the drink! We also ordered food and highly recommend their fresh-made guacamole - it's one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is laid back with a welcoming community feel. Both Brandon and Joshua were welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

However, Josh really impressed me. Not only did he suggest an incredible cocktail for me to try, but he also shared my passion and understanding of agave. I am excited to see what else he has in store. Your talent is truly innovative and promising in the industry. Cheers to you!
