Great food and cocktails!

Server was nice, but refused to bring us water. We asked twice. Told us we had to go the bar for that. We were dining. Not just doing drinks and apps. The manager was the only one who didn 't mind getting us water. It just didn 't make sense to me. I could have gotten my own water from the bar. But why? How hard is that. I am in the service industry btw.....so I understand what busy looks like.
