Rose was great and super informative about all the drinks and menu items.

A really fun restaurant for a family gathering, special event or if you just want to eat at place a little different. Fun: The decor is amazing: a fantasy, magic, wizardry wonderland with special magical things in every corner. And what restaurant makes a Wand while you're eating?! Food Drinks: A little on the expensive side (especially the magical drinks). The menu was kinda limited, but if you like meat pies you're in luck. The cocktails were good but ranged from $13-20 they had a full Absinthe list. Desserts were ok; skip the toffee pudding get the homemade ice cream. We did have to make reservations a month in advance so look before you visit if you don't have kids maybe just hit the bar, The Pit looked pretty cool. Definitely a very unique place unlike anything we've done to outside of Disneyland pretty good food.

Didn’t get a lot of Harry Potter vibes and definitely not worth the hype.

Received a phone call from the restaurant 2 hrs before our reservation saying that ...they couldn 't reach the kitchen staff, and therefore the restaurant was closed. This was on 12/27, 4 days after the ice storm and weather conditions were rainy and the streets clear.

We drove an hour in the pouring rain, spent 20 minutes finding parking, and received a phone call 19 minutes before our reservation time telling us that they were not going to be opening. Due to staffing. We were really looking forward to the experience. I suggest having a backup plan if you’re going to make reservations here. There is a lot of choices in the area. I recommend Matador.
