Just needed to kill some time before a dinner date with my girlfriend, I came in for happy hour and ordered a Festbier from Boundary Bay that was delightful. I wasn't going to get any food but someone else at the bar yelled that the fried pickles were amazing so I obviously had to get some, haha! What J g dislikes about Shadowland:
Ordered fried pickles and the hummus platter to go. The service was okay but they seemed to be stretched a little too thin. The platter was yummy and fresh, we wish we had one more piece of pita. The fried pickles were not like anything I’ve tried elsewhere they were not dill, they were extremely tart and tasted really weird : View all feedback.

Delicious food, great service , clean and tastefully decorated , and cool chill music playing in the background. Great value, I got 2 extra meals out of my salmon/ goat cheese/ dill scramble!!
Fun place for drinks, dinner and occasionally live music. The service was a bit slow but not so bad that I wouldn't return.
Delicious steak perfectly cooked. Took a few bites before remembering to snap a photo. Great service- cool atmosphere.
Heather was our waitress and she is one of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Shadowland. Come check it out. Great atmosphere. The Tavern steak was delicious. Very juicy. If you like Old Fashions definitely get it. Delish.
