We had a great waitress and waitress who took care of us. Great suggestions from waiting staff. The restaurant was busy, but the service was excellent! Shi and Ivan are great! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Regatta Grille:
Staying in Crowne Plaza, we got some breakfast vouchers that I redeemed today for a lazy Sunday. The spread is decent, combined with good service some great coffee. You have a sorted cereal bar, some sweet breads jams. There were also various bread roasters. I asked for some eggs that were wonderful. Since there was no menu, they didn't know if they were making a Benedict, maybe next time I'll find out. On the buffet... View all feedback.
Update: We finally received our food, and it was good and fresh. I ordered from the menu and didn’t try the buffet.
The service is pleasant, and my meals arrived promptly. I've visited this restaurant several times during conferences for both breakfast and dinner. The food is decent, but I think it's somewhat overpriced. The $22 breakfast buffet or similar prices for items from the menu seem a bit excessive. Some of the breakfast offerings off the menu taste like they’re just repackaged ingredients you would find at the buffet. Overall, it’s not a bad experience, but the prices should either be lowered or the quality of the food should be enhanced.
The bartender, Milton, was very rude and aggressive toward me and several other patrons.
I sat for over 15 mins. A small group got bigger and served and People arrived at the bar and all got served. We were never even looked at. So we left.Terrible service.
I went on a Monday morning, a public holiday. It took about 30 minutes for the food to be served. If it was a buffet, there might not have been a long wait. The meal itself was delicious, but unfortunately there was a mandatory 18% tip. (There are many restaurants like this in Seattle)
