Description

Raccolto, a well-known restaurant in West Seattle, has received mixed reviews from diners. Some have found the food and service to be good, with standout dishes such as the rabbit campanelle and flavorful appetizers. However, others have been disappointed by bland food, undercooked fish, and a lack of flavor in pasta dishes. Some patrons have also complained about rushed service and a perceived lack of care from the waitstaff. Despite these criticisms, some diners have praised Raccolto for its unique food and cocktails, attentive service, and overall dining experience. While opinions on Raccolto vary, it remains a popular choice for many in West Seattle looking for a culinary adventure.

The restaurant had a plumbing issue and there was a note on tbt door when we arrived at 5 saying they were closed.

They’ve added a 4% “restaurant fee” which is only disclosed in fine print.

The food is amazing. Get the pork belly and burrata. We went there specifically for the seafood pasta on the online menu. When we got there that item had been replaced. Please make sure your menus are accurate. The service left a bit to be desired. He was not friendly and not attentive.

Pasta is perfect, best in town. Service is lovely. Way way to noisy, have to yell to be heard. But- I’ll still come back!

Second time back in 2 years (visiting Seattle from NY). Party of 3, appetizers were delicious and nice sized portions. Foccia with 3 toppings and Burrata. Mains were Braised Pork Belly w/ Rissotto- delicious. Pasta with Mushrooms was delicious as well. Only one that disappointed was the Pasta with Lamb Ragu. I did not see any meat at all, but I did see a lot of red pepper which was the description of the Pasta Arribiata. It was tasty but not what I thought I was getting. Desserts and coffee were very good. I like the ambiance, the background music was great and allowed for comfortable conversation. Staff was very attentive. Will visit again next time I am in Seattle
