beautiful surroundings...Cimplete with bed linen. sitting outdoors with beautiful fabrics, fires, music and wonderful staff. eating was delicious and the menu is varied. many customers dressed for a special evening added to the environment. (yes, there were also some who wore denim, including me, but overall everyone looked suitable for this beautiful place.) it was an unforgettable evening. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Picolinos:
The “special” butter lettuce salad had very little lettuce and the other ingredients were barely detectable. All for $14. Ling cod “special” was mushy fish and a sauce that was just tired, obviously not freshly prepared. Chicken Marsala did not taste like Marsala. Pizza had almost no sauce and even less flavor. The 2017 wine we ordered turned out to be 2019, no explanation and no price adjustment. View all feedback.
I adore this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, the staff is very friendly, and they always have excellent wine recommendations. This is the perfect spot to celebrate family milestones, and they always make us feel welcome. The outdoor garden is gorgeous and perfect for dining in the warm weather (I didn't try sitting outside in the colder months, so I'm not sure if it's heated). I highly recommend Picolinos as a fantastic spot for a special date night or for delicious meals any day of the week.
The family-friendly Italian cuisine at this restaurant is truly loved by all. Everything from the fresh pasta to the creamy sauces and decadent tiramisu dessert is delicious. Don't hesitate to indulge in all of the amazing dishes this place has to offer.
I love Picolinos! My partner and I celebrated our 10th anniversary there and had a lovely experience. Our server was exceptional, the outdoor garden seating was beautiful, and the food was incredible. While it may be on the pricier side, the delicious Italian cuisine makes it well worth it.
Picolinos is an authentic Italian restaurant that doesn't disappoint. I'd say this is in contention for the top Italian restaurant in Seattle and is great for date night or family gatherings. Street parking outside and tons of tables inside and out, it fits dozens and dozens of groups. It feels like the rooms just keep going, and the outside seating is nicely setup as well. The food is excellent, prices are a bit higher than other places but portion sizes are also a bit larger and the taste is where it should be. Service is great, staff are really nice and quick as well. This is a place to go to, and it's nestled in Sunset Hill so it's a good view after right down the road.
Great atmosphere, service and food. The ravioli were tasty. The arugula salad was refreshing. And desserts were good. The creme brûlée and cheesecake were the best. The tiramisu was on the wet side. The cannolis were not that great.
