Not Russian pelmeni at all. Too much vinegar was added. Initially, there may have been an idea of Russian food, but the recipe was lost and forgotten.Food: 1/5

Much here to like. Good beer selection, okay vegan/vegetarian options (could use 1-2 more), fun atmosphere. But I don 't get why it 's an order-at-the-window joint with table service prices.Even the tip options offer 20% in the middle, with the opportunity to tip HIGHER. huh? For so much DIY tips should be 15% maximum.

Never had dumplings like these before. The classic with red sauce is amazing.

Went here for a late lunch with my husband and we absolutely loved it! It was pretty quiet that afternoon, so there was only a short wait for the food and it was delicious. We ordered some drinks as well and they were top notch. We’ll definitely be visiting Pel Meni again soon.

Food is fantastic. Don't let the front desk defer you from how good their food taste. Always recommend the classic dumplings. I'd like to point out the younger cook who every-time I am here, he is working hard taking orders and running the food. Cheers to that guy and his dumplings
