I recently visited Patrick's Cafe Bakery for the first time and it felt like a home away from home. The aloha spirit was truly present, with Unko Patrick's delicious cakes and tasty dishes that gave a true taste of Hawaii. The staff was incredibly friendly and it was obvious that each dish was made with love. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Cheehoo! View all feedback.
Every time we have gone to Patrick's Bakery, we have been welcomed and awed by the staff and atmosphere. A year ago we asked Patrick to make our wedding cake (more accurately, 40 cinnamon rolls made to look like a cake) and it was one of the highlights of our wedding. Not only are the cinnamon rolls decadent and delicious, but Patrick himself was kind and attentive. This year we asked for another cinnamon cake for our anniversary, and he remembered us and decorated the cake with pretty little flowers without being asked to! I highly recommend the food, and Patrick himself is a bright star. Go check out his cinnamon rolls, you'll get an amazing dessert and a cool friend out of it!
Love my pork with cabbage. Hubby enjoyed his breakfast burrito with Portuguese sausage but found the amount of food lacking. Their pineapple scone is delicious. Unfortunately not fan of key lime pie.
First, I want to mention that Patrick is a lovely person who genuinely cares about all his customers at this cozy little cafe. I always enjoy having breakfast here. My wife adores the extra crispy croissant bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Personally, I can't get enough of their delicious egg foo young - the gravy is amazing. The haupia cinnamon rolls are also a delightful treat. The seating area is limited inside, so we usually just get our food to take away. However, there are a few small tables available for dining in, and plenty of outdoor seating when the weather is nice. We are grateful to have this hidden gem in our neighborhood.
I visited a wonderful bakery and breakfast spot that specializes in Hawaiian cuisine. The restaurant is small, with only enough seating for about 10 people inside. I didn't check if there was outdoor seating because it was raining. I tried their unique Pineapple Scones, which were delightful. They also offer a variety of treats like cinnamon rolls, cookies, cakes, all with tropical flavors. The breakfast menu features island favorites like Loco Moco, Spam, eggs, and rice. I will definitely be returning to try more delicious dishes!
Sadly they've dramatically reduced their hours, but the service is great and the food is wonderful (if insanely caloric so I look forward to Sat, Sun, and Mon when I can drop by and indulge myself. I don't care much for cinnamon rolls generally, but Patrick's are amazing and somewhat addictive. I really like their chili, saimen, and kimchee fried rice too. And, the service is great. I spend way too much money there but don't regret it at all : .
