The staff was fantastic and the food was excellent! McMenamins always delivers a great experience, no matter which location you visit.
With Jason crafting delicious dishes in the kitchen and Leslie providing excellent service out front, our early dinner exceeded our expectations! The tater tots were perfectly crispy, and the Kraken Pub Burger was cooked to medium as requested—juicy and packed with flavor! Even the Pub Greens were fresh and delightful.
Its definitely a preppy posh packed bar and overpriced to match the average income of the neighborhood. The drink selection is spectacular but the food is way overpriced for bar fare. Sizing and amount of food for the price is sad. 2 pieces of silverdollar sized fish and chips and fries for $22.50? I expected better for the price. I certainly wont come back.
Went on a concert night (McCaw Hall) and was seated immediately. The server was great, service was a rad on the slow side, but that's to be expected on a concert night. Food was delicious! I've never been disappointed by any of the McMenamins that I'vevisited in WA or Oregon, this was no exception. Always friendly service, great food, and an excellent selection of beers,ciders, and wine.
