I was really craving some ribs today and decided to try this on the way home. The portions are big but unfortunately the meat tasted like lighter fluid. There’s articles on the web that talk about alternatives to starting charcoal like chimney starters. Texas spud is the fantastic and a great comfort eating. only place where they consistently get bark ribs.
The short ribs were gorgeous, the brisket was tender, delicate, and wonderfully flavored.
The owner was always so nice to me every time I went in and remembered me even though I wasn’t a regular. The food is good, affordable, and consistent which I prefer over the wildly variable other BBQ places I’ve tried in Seattle.

Baby Back Ribs good good good. Seattle doesn't really have any good bbq places but this place made me change my outlook.
