When I arrived after 30 minutes, I was told it would tak... read more If I could, I would give Mani's Kitchen zero stars! I waited a full hour after placing my online order. When I arrived after 30 minutes, I was told it would take another 10-15 minutes. Returning 20 minutes later, they said it would take even longer! I asked for an estimated wait time, but the staff couldn’t provide a clear answer. After pressing for details, they said it might be another 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable! When I requested a refund, the staff said they couldn’t process it immediately because the order was online and that they would submit the request to the payment service when possible. Seriously? This is absurd! I sincerely hope I get my refund. Places like this should be reported. I will never order from here again!

I went in after half hour after placing online order and was told it will be another 10-15mins, so I went back in after 20mins and was told it?s going to take longer! When Iasked how long she had no answer and then I consistently how much longer and she said maybe 20mins. This is absolutelyridiculous! Then I asked for a refund and said oh she can?t do it right now since I ordered online but she will call the onlinecredit company they use when she has time. Are you kidding me?? This is absolutely horrible service! I hope I get my refund!Places like this need to be reported to business bureau. Never will I waste my time ordering here again!

With... read more We went with a bunch of friends. I am fasting so haven't tasted any of the non vegetarian dishes. I like the Vegetable Chow mein and Vegetable fried rice. With a little more spices it would have tasted a lot better. But the owner insisted that we can't eatmore than that. It was bland to our tongues. And vegetable fried had this burnt flavor. Don't know if its burnt or the dish waslike that.
