But there’s been a notic... read more We’ve been coming here since the Kraken started. Back then I would say 5 stars. We continue to go before games—probably 8 times a year. But there’s been a noticeable drop in service the last two years. We recently waited nearly 10 minutes just to get waters—no apology for the wait. More common is waiting to order. This has been a consistent issue and it appears to be an understaffing problem. The place is usually busy but never packed during our experience, so it’s not like a rush of patrons. It’s disappointing and hopefully they fix it. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
