This is an excellent spot for late-night fun! I didn't try the food, but the drink service was fast. Aside from the pinball machines, there aren't many classic games available. I spent most of my time enjoying Ms. Pac-Man on the tabletop, which was a blast. The physical Pong table is impressive, but at $1 per game, it feels a bit pricey since each round is quite short.
This spacious bar offers a lively atmosphere, featuring a front bar and kitchen, alongside a back bar filled with plenty of arcade games and pinball machines. There’s also a patio in the back and sidewalk seating in front of the bar. However, the food was quite disappointing and overpriced, and they stop serving at 11:30 PM. I tried the crispy potato tacos—each deep-fried and made with corn tortillas—which were fantastic at just $4 each, as well as chips and guacamole for $14. Unfortunately, the overall quality of the food fell short and lacked seasoning. The potato tacos had a nice kick to them but could have benefitted from some salt. The guacamole was overwhelmingly heavy on the white onion and also needed seasoning. The tostada chips, made to order and served warm, were a pleasant surprise. I asked the bartender for salt, and he kindly took my food back to the kitchen to have the cook add some, which improved the taste significantly. Note: Some items on the menu are gluten-free, but the kitchen is not suitable for those with Celiac disease.
I took my husband to this restaurant for his 40th birthday, and we had a fantastic experience! It's a wonderful place that we'll definitely be returning to. I loved that they have two bar areas, with one serving food in the adjacent room, which is really convenient. The service was excellent, we had no trouble getting a table, and the food quality was exceptional! The restrooms were clean, and I found the graffiti to be quite amusing. The gaming machines were well-maintained and worked perfectly. They offered a great mix of classic, mid-age, and newer games! We also bought some merchandise, and my husband has commented multiple times on how comfortable and high-quality the new shirts are. Just a tip: make sure to wash them in cold water the first time since they're 100% cotton. Thank you, Jupiter Bar! We'll definitely be back!
I went there for my first time with a friend and was very excited. As soon as we came in the atmosphere was great, we looked around and everything was clean and seemed fun, music was good too. Then we got to the bar and our bartender Alex started to make the experience worse. Sure she seemed friendly with what they seemed to be regulars, but in this type of business you can't pick and choose who your gonna have good hospitality with, and it very much seemed like she had something against with me simply for being a guy which made me feel uncomfortable. I went around to the food area and the 2 girls working there completely helped me stay because they were very helpful and smiled and were filled with energy and knowledge about their menu. And to top it off, we ordered 3 things and EVERYTHING was delicious, specially the red pozole. So I didn't tip my bartender because she also forgot to pour me a double shot since I had to get up and get all my drinks from the booth as well. I gave all the tips combined for the full experience to the gals in the food area. The whole establishment was amazing. Just not alexs treatment and lack of mobility to bring us our drinks to the table.
Excellent Belltown bar. Plenty of space, good bartender ratio, and clean-ish bathrooms. But the taco bar! Awesome! Not even by drunk food standards, her tacos are crispy and excellent. Careful there are toothpicks that hold them all together. There are 15 signs that tell you so. Excellent to down with cold beer.
