Reviews summary
Nestled within a hotel, this restaurant offers a blend of American classics and upscale dishes, with a pleasant ambiance featuring abstract art. While some patrons have reported disappointing service, particularly during busy hours, individual waitstaff like Carrie have significantly improved the experience when present. The food receives high marks, particularly the Wagyu Burger and seafood dishes, although some diners noted that prices may be steep for the portion sizes. Despite occasional lapses in service, many frequent visitors appreciate the consistent quality of the cuisine and the accommodating nature of the staff.

The plating was extra-special, if you're looking for a place that feels expensive without the $70 entrees,(more like $15-30) this is a great spot. I've had better drinks but for the price not too bad. The ambiance seems decidedly early-2000s with abstract art and swoopy curves.
We made reservations for Valentines Day dinner. Upon arrival we needed to add a guest. JUNO was pretty full but a manager asked if we were ok sitting in the bar. Sean, the bartender, gave us 5 star service! The food was great! Two people in my group are Vegetarian, which can be a challenge, but JUNO had really yummy options that totally satisfied all. The Arctic Club (the hotel where Juno is) has so much old world charm. So many details in the decor; made it a little like a treasure hunt. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would definitely return and recommend.
I am never disappointed here. A friend and I met up for a meal and needed a quiet place to chat. Not many places were open when I wanted to meet during the weekend, so we chose a restaurant in a hotel. My friend ordered the seafood frittata without smoked salmon, and they accommodated her request without any problems. I chose the crab cake benedict with hollandaise on the side, and they nailed our special requests. My friend was almost 45 minutes late due to traffic, but the staff were patient and kept my coffee and water topped up. There's a reason I keep returning to this place.
The service at the restaurant initially was terrible. We waited for 10 minutes to be greeted and given menus, and then waited another 15 minutes before Carrie finally came over and took care of our table. The older waiter, who seemed uninterested, was not attentive to the fact that customers were waiting. He even cleared another table instead of taking our order when we asked him. The restaurant was not busy, so there was no excuse for the poor service. However, once Carrie took over our table, she provided excellent service. She was very attentive and improved our dining experience. We were close to leaving after waiting for 25 minutes, but thankfully Carrie came just in time. If it wasn't for her, we would have only dined at the restaurant once. The wait staff on Sunday mornings need to step up their game.

I have this delicious breakfast and it was perfect. The potatoes were made beautiful and marinated. And they gave us tons of bacon and they were perfectly finished. If you are here, try it
Wow! If your food is as good as the Wagyu Burger, it's a must. High quality food with good taste. Truffleries were great, and a decent selection of drinks and beer. Quiet and quiet. Perfect late night relaxing joint.
Overall decent choices on the menu and the salads we had were tasty but the place itself is very quiet and it was empty when we got there for lunch on a Sunday. A little on the expensive side as well, but good food and decent service
I liked Juno. We went there for breakfast. It's clean, great decor, and had friendly and attentive service. I liked my very simple breakfast of just eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Unfortunately we didn't find the avocado toast good at all
We went to Juno's for a late breakfast on Christmas Eve. We must have just missed the morning rush as we had to wait as they bussed some of the tables. We ordered omelets and a scramble. The food was good but presentation was not much to look at. Service was a bit neglectful, but pleasant. Prices were moderate. The interior decor was nice and looks like it would be a fun place to hang for a few drinks after work with friends.
