You'll get a printed receipt with your order number which they call out when your order is ready. Entrance is between the store and parking garage entrance on Madison St.I loved my chicken kaarage bento $14.50 before tax and tip) which comes with 2 choices for sides. I picked california roll and their korean potato salad.Kaarage was delicious moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside even with the mayo drizzle. I don't always go into the office/downtown but will be back for lunch again!

I've noticed... read more The karaage chicken is definitely the highlight of the menu and is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the regular chicken teriyaki was a bit dry. I've noticed that the rice can sometimes be either undercooked or stale, which is disappointing. On a brighter note, the side salads and sauces are quite tasty. I was also pleasantly surprised by the salmon roll, which is loaded with a good amount of salmon and avocado—it's hearty enough to serve as a small lunch by itself.

I got thr half beef half chicken with gyoza and Korean potato salad and I would recommend everything I ate. With tax it was about $18 but it was a lot of food. When I got there around 12:05 it wasn't busy but when I left five minutes later the line was out the door.
