Instead of them informing me... read more Horrible customer service attitudes. We ordered 3 meals.. 5 sides. Only received 2 sides. Missing 2 Mac and cheese and baked beans. Instead of them informing me and asking if I wanted a side of something else, at pick up, they let me walk out of their store (not knowing) I didn’t have all my sides. I’m husband called the restaurant to let them know, they put us on hold for 14 min and my husband finally hung up. Only to find out they put him on hold and closed the store with him STILL waiting. Thank god I ordered on grubhub so I could get a refund since they weren’t willing to even try and help us. Terrible customer service, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars versus 1 is their actual plates BBQ sauce were good. Cobbler was not good. Unfortunate waste of $60.

It is unacceptable for dishes like Mac and Cheese to not be ready... read more The restaurant needs to improve on ensuring there is enough food available throughout the day. It is unacceptable for dishes like Mac and Cheese to not be ready until later in the evening, especially when the restaurant is open from 11 am to 9 pm. Staff should be doing prep work the night before or coming in early to ensure that the food is readily available during business hours.
