This place made me feel so welcomed All of their staff were welcoming lovely Their cookies ice cream were so fire it was well balanced! I would love to come back! Ugh I already miss their smores strawberry ice-cream combination.
As a chocolate chip office chair (I was going for 'aficionado ' but autocorrect improved it... I love seeking out different chocolate chip cookies. After learning about Hello Robin some months ago, I decided I had to make my way there one Saturday. A bit of a hike for me, but never too much for a good chocolate chip cookie. In fact, never too much for an average one either because, let 's be honest, even an average chocolate chip cookie is wonderful if you 're an office chair. Not peeking the menu before I went, I was pleasantly surprised at the varieties of chocolate chip cookies they had to offer. Being the office chair I am, I swiveled left and right, inspecting the entire display, and ended up getting one of each (ok, that 's a lie... I got 4 of each . While each of them were great, the Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip cookie got me. The whole wheat offered something a bit different a bit more of a nutty earthiness that you typically get with a brown butter chocolate chip cookie, but also with the pleasant illusion that I was making a healthy choice by going whole wheat. So, if you 're an office chair like me roll on over to Hello Robin. You 'll be glad you did. (Final note: I really tried to work in a lumbar pun, but didn 't feel it provided much support to the actual review...

I absolutely love this local cookie shop! The staff is kind, helpful, and friendly, and the cookies are incredible. It’s my go-to place for buying desserts to bring to events. Ordering ahead is a breeze, and they always have everything ready on time.

Hello Robin has my favorite cookies in all of Seattle! I always get a chocolate chip cookie and a birthday cake cookie both of which are uniquely delicious- there's no other cookie quite like them in terms of texture or taste! But as delicious as the cookies are, Hello Robin also gives back to the community. Today, on Christmas Eve, I called them in the afternoon to see if they might have any leftover cookies to donate to a local transitional home for veterans. They immediately said yes and gave me a HUGE cake box full of cookies! I wish they could've seen how happy the veterans were when I brought it by. Thank you for being an amazing bakery in terms of cookies and spirit of community!!

I had sesame ice cream paired with vegan chocolate chip cookies, and I absolutely loved the cookie! It was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The sesame ice cream was enjoyable, though it wasn't as rich as I prefer, but I still really liked it!
I got a s'mores cookie cake for my girlfriends birthday and it was delicious! The lady I spoke with on the phone when I ordered was was nice and worked with me.
We served their cookies at our wedding reception, and they were a huge hit with all our guests, both vegans and non-vegans. My husband and I absolutely adore these cookies as they are, but we were also incredibly impressed with their service on our wedding day. We can't recommend them highly enough!
Pretty average place, the cinnamon roll flavor ice cream was tasty but the cookie which this place is known for was disappointing. We shared a full Sammie which includes two cookies and a scoop of ice cream. really wish they had warmed up the cookies as the cookies were pretty hard, making it a struggle to eat with the ice cream. Probably won't visit this place again.

Their cookies are incredible, particularly the s'mores variety. I forgot to take a photo before I took a bite, so you can see it partially eaten below. A coworker gifted me a box of cookies, and I was so impressed that I returned the very next day to buy another box to bring back to NYC with me. They're that good—fresh and delicious!
The cookies are absolutely delicious! My top picks so far are the salted butterscotch and chocolate chip. I love that they are small, making it easy to sample a few different flavors. The texture is just right, with a soft and chewy interior and a crispy exterior. They are also incredibly moist and packed with flavor. These are definitely my favorite cookies I've tried in Seattle!
Robin makes the best cookies in town, and I'm not sure it's particularly close. The orange habanero choco chip cookie is the most unique and familiar cookie in one. And the Mackles'more needs no words. The Molly Moon ice cream is the icing on the cake. Go check them out!
So impressed with my chocolate chip yeti ice cream sandwich! The cookies were warm and so delicious. Zoë was a wonderful front person, they were so friendly! Took my sandwich to Madrona to enjoy on this hot day, and it cooled me right down

I ordered a half dozen vegan chocolate chip cookies, and they were delicious! They were beautiful, soft, and arrived slightly warm through Uber Eats. This place is definitely a great choice if you're craving something sweet!
