We felt as if we were the only ones in the place and he took the time to select wine and drink pairings with each course. Well done sir!

WE sat for 30 minutes before getting water. Another 10min before ordering. Wine arrived promptly but Another 25 minutes went by before the first course. Rather than having their full menu, they pulled some lame excuse to have a pre-set 2 course menu. It was economical but the food itself underwhelming. Something you could do at home. Most of the food was luke warm to tepid.

Steak was raw, massively mediocre and expensive and the outrageously priced pasta was so salty as to be inedible. And it lacked any other flavor on top of that. Awful dessert. Mediocre drinks, mediocre burrata and the service was barely existent save your money. It was genuinely uncomfortable to know how to reply when asked how it was “tasting” 15 min in. the food was so bad that it was impossible to know what to say or where to start. There are great restaurants in Seattle. This resembles those in price only.

The Haymaker salad could... read more Everyone greeted us with a smile. Excellent server. Best Negroni ever! Definitely order the pull apart brioche rolls (they are sticky). The Haymaker salad could easily be shared with 4 people. Lovely pasta (after I asked the chef to prepare my tonnarelli a bit more well done he followed through to make certain it was to my liking). We will definitely be making the trip to West Seattle to enjoy this restaurant again.
