The vegan Calamari is quite dang tasty. They also serve a vegan impossible burger and pommes. Eating is a tade on the salty side.
Our server was fantastic, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the chunky avocado salad.
This was a great place for a date with fantastic food and a big menu. The noise level made it hard to talk.
Really quite good, albeit with a menu that 's on the simpler side (focused on pizzas, pasta and a few entre dishes). In this case, presuming that your vision of an Italian meal fits into this vision, you won 't be disappointed, with everything from roast garlic baguette to a gem lettuce salad to Uncle Vinn 's calzones being tasty and we 'll executed. The wait staff had to run a bit to service the Friday night crowd, but they are hard working and well trained. The Zeppoli (hot doughnuts) were a nice dessert offering though I would have opted for a minute more in the fryer to develop the crust and finish the unctuous insides. The ambiance is 'neighborhood-industrial ' and the volume is medium-high. Worthy on mention is the wine selection provided by the attached wine bar (Claret). The selection is well curated, with decent values and a dual price on every bottle, depending on whether you buy to drink there or take away. Fiasco may not send your foodie friends into rapture, but they 'll appreciate the execution and hipster-friendly vibe. You should check it out.
Fiasco offers a range of Italian dishes, with highlights such as the delicious vegan Calamari and must-try pizza. While some dishes like the meatballs hit the mark, others such as the seafood pasta fell short. The service received mixed reviews, with long wait times noted, but standout staff like Helen earning praise. The ambiance is described as "neighborhood-industrial" and the wine selection at the attached wine bar is a hit. Overall, Fiasco offers solid, if not exceptional, Italian fare in a trendy setting, making it worth a visit.

Restaurant Week brought my family and I there for the first time. We sat at the bar and had the ultimate service and conversation with bartenders Maddie and Sabrina. You get plenty of food and it is delicious. The decore is great. We will be back and plan on becoming regulars.
Food was good and they had a nice valentines day special cake in the desert as well. Reason for 1 less star: We had a reservation for 8:00 PM but it took them 35 minutes to give us table on valentines day. I would understand if this was just normal reservation, this reservation required credit card info and there was a penalty for no show. So, I would expect the table on the reserved time.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic. The appetizers were outstanding, and the pasta was delicious. The service was decent. We dined here tonight, and it was probably busier than usual due to the upcoming UW graduation (go dawgs!). We were seated promptly and received our drinks and appetizers quickly. We tried the olives and balsamic garlic, both of which were excellent. Our server appeared to be new and was not very familiar with the menu. When my significant other inquired about the "margarita of the moment," they were unable to provide information.
My mother and I visited this restaurant for dinner to celebrate her birthday and we had an absolutely amazing experience! Our server, Luke, was outstanding - so attentive and friendly. I ordered the pepperoni pizza with Mama Lil's peppers and mushrooms, which was delicious and definitely recommended. My mom chose the cacio e pepe with added shrimp. She also ordered a side Caesar salad halfway through the meal, and although we received a full size instead of the small size by mistake, the server was very understanding and only charged us for the smaller portion.

Took 15 minutes to even get water, or before a server even came over to our table in the dining area. There weren't more than 5 parties sitting down in the restaurant, and they made it seem like it was our fault when we asked if we had to order at the bar to get food, water, or drinks. Overall service wasn't great, good was good though.
Beautiful restaurant. Amazing service. Wonderful drinks. Food was absolutely terrible.
