He lived in the neighborhood of Santa Monica where there was a puppet, near the park Spain, called La Salteñita Boliviana. This place became one of my family's favorites. I've eaten jumpers in several places of US and none like this. Too bad I can't give you 10 stars! The amazing food can teleport you in time and space. 100% recommended. The service was SPECTACULAR. Now I have one more reason to say that Seattle is an awesome place!! On top of everything, it has a great view of the pike public market.

I didn’t leave a bad review then because I thought they might have just been having a bad day, and the food was actually really good. We came back today, but the service is still the same. From waiting to be seated to taking and delivering our orders and refilling water, everything took forever. They are only fast when giving you the check. We will never come back to this place. There weren’t even many people being served at the time. It’s likely bad management holding onto terrible employees. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Other Price per person: $70–80

Tip of 2... read more If it wasn’t for the wonderful location and excellent views, I’m not sure how this place would stay in business. Mediocre food with ambivalent service. Tip of 20% already included for parties of 5+ for counter service, plus a line for additional tip. It’s a pity this is the only Bolivian restaurant in Washington as they certainly do not do justice to Bolivian cuisine or hospitality. Cafe Campagne is only half a block away and is much recommended over Copacabana Restaurant. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
