You can smell this place for a while before walking up. It smells so heavenly. We just had to pick up something for us and to bring home to the teens. We ordered some of the gigantic cinnamon rolls. They were huge and she heated them up for us right there. We weren't going to eat them at that time, but if we were... that would have been amazing! We also ordered some of the big cookies. Those things are also huge. The... View all feedback.
What Adam Asclipiadis doesn't like about Cinnamon Works:
First time back after a few years. Sunday morning goodies at opening time. Got a few pumpkin cookies (non GF/vegan) and a pumpkin chip. Sorry to say my first impression was that they were day old cookies. Stale. How the icing is applied is not great. If they were day old, that needs to be stated. If they weren't...the mark was missed. Sorry guys. View all feedback.
It took a long time to get down the line (considering there were only 2 people ahead of us! but it was worth the wait we both enjoyed breakfast here a giant cookie and a cinnamon and nut bun, around $11 for both. Hot drinks were cheap here too.
The staff was really kind and they also have vegan/gluten free options which are delicious as well. They also have good coffee options with the local coffee blend!! Definitely recommend!
Cinnamon Works is a must-visit bakery in Pike Place Market. They have the most delicious and huge cinnamon rolls, cookies, muffins, and pies. They also offer vegan and gluten-free options that are equally tasty and satisfying. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. I highly recommend the vegan maple cinnamon roll, the gluten-free monster cookie, the sticky bun, and the blueberry muffin. They are all mouth-watering and filling. The blueberry muffin was hot and fresh when I bought it, and it had a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. Cinnamon Works is the perfect place to grab a sweet treat and enjoy the aroma of freshly baked goods.

Loved my pecan sticky bun from here, the dough was super light and the cinnamon levels were not overpowering. I also had a drip coffee which was so fresh and nicely roasted. I paid $9 for the bun and the coffee so maybe a little expensive but normal Seattle standards. There is a $0.50 charge for using card.
