The location is ideal, situated between the university and the children's hospital, making it perfect for a stress-free business or recruitment dinner after work, without the hassle of city or east side traffic. It was quiet, which made it great for conversation and a relaxed evening meal. Our French waiter made us feel as though we had been transported to France for the evening.

I decided to try the specials, which featured classic French dishes from their fresh daily selection. I started with the vichyssoise as the soup special, and for the main course, I had sole prepared with a light brown butter sauce that perfectly highlighted the fresh fish's flavor. It was served alongside a piping hot risotto enriched with fresh English peas. We paired the meal with their recommendation of an 8-year-old red wine from their cellar. We couldn't manage dessert, although the pot de chocolat looked incredibly tempting! Convenient and ample parking was available both in front and in the back, making for a delightful and hassle-free evening out.

The service... read more Whenever we visit Seattle, we make sure to dine at Chloe. The food is exceptional, the wine selection is delightful, and the prices are reasonable. The service is also fantastic—John was very accommodating as I spoke in French throughout the evening. Chloe has a European-style ambiance that encourages conversation but still feels private enough. It's a wonderful spot for an intimate dinner, away from the tourist hustle and bustle of Seattle.
