**Restaurant Review: A Disappointing Experience**
Despite generally high expectations, recent visits to this popular chain have revealed significant inconsistencies in food quality and service. Diners report issues such as poorly prepared dishes, including greasy quesadillas and undercooked beans, while others found their orders lacking in essential ingredients. There are complaints of incorrect protein choices and inadequate portion sizes, leaving customers frustrated. While a few patrons commend staff efficiency during busy times and consistent ingredient availability, the overall sentiment has shifted, suggesting a decline in attention to detail, particularly for mobile orders. For many, this has led to the decision to seek dining alternatives.

The staff was very friendly and provided prompt service. The food was excellent, as always. However, parking in this area can be quite challenging.
This Chipotle usually does a great job with accuracy, but I've noticed a significant drop in quality when ordering ahead. It seems the employees' attention to detail diminishes when you're not there to oversee the food preparation. I placed a mobile order tonight for two bowls, both of which were supposed to include fajita veggies. Instead, my bowl had just a tiny piece of bell pepper, while the veggie bowl had none at all. Overall, both bowls felt much lighter compared to dining in at the restaurant. I'm giving it 4 stars because most of my experiences are good, but this particular order deserves only about 2 stars.
During my last visit, my salad contained maybe four pieces of steak, and the black beans were still hard. This time, I ordered a barbacoa quesadilla, but one half was entirely just a piece of fat. The tortilla was drenched in grease—likely from the un-drained fajita vegetables—was poorly cooked, folded into a messy clump, and the two halves stuck together completely. When I tried to pick it up, it fell apart since it was weighed down by that chunk of fat in the middle. I lost at least 60% of the dish due to the soggy tortilla and grease. We’re finished with this place. Never going back.
Additionally, Daniel got my husband's protein choice wrong, but he didn’t want to say anything due to the long line. I was really disappointed with the bowl portions this time. We usually avoid DoorDash for fear of receiving small portions when ordering for delivery, but apparently, you can face the same issue in person. Normally, we would have leftovers, but today we were left wishing we had more. We won’t be returning.
