Menu

The menu of Chiang Gourmet from Seattle comprises about 38 different courses and drinks. On average you pay about $10.6 for a dish / drink.

Nestled in a quirky location, this Seattle staple offers a diverse menu that impresses with generous portions and vibrant flavors. While some patrons lament undercooked seafood and less-than-stellar service, others rave about the authenticity of dishes like Mongolian beef and homemade noodles. Despite varied encounters with the owner’s demeanor, many agree that the food, especially the recommended shark fried noodles and sweet rice rolls, shines through. The atmosphere may feel a bit outdated, but for lovers of Chinese cuisine seeking hearty portions, this restaurant remains a beloved choice worth revisiting.

What Emely Goyette dislikes about Chiang Gourmet:
Wow what a disappointment! Came here for Father's Day and the scallops were undercooked, chicken overcooked and the service was awful. I am not sure why there are so many great reviews. Not to mention the sweet and sour chicken was breaded and hard. Terrible!!! View all feedback.

This is the best Chinese food in Seattle! They offer three different menus, and every dish is delicious. The owner is also great at making recommendations to enhance your order.

Highlights from the weekend dim sum menu include the seaweed fantuan, savory soy milk, and Shanghai pan-fried noodles. We've visited this place several times, and it has consistently impressed us...
