The service at this restaurant is always excellent, even on a busy evening! You must try the Velvet Sip beverage here. The salads and marinated olives are also delicious. View all feedback.
What Tatiana Puskás doesn't like about Cafe Turko:
I was so excited to eat here, the reviews were great, the lines are long and the owner is very personable, but the food was surprisingly bland! We tried 5 vegan dishes and none were very good (and the 4 hummus types in the rainbow hummus were pleasant, but weren’t even as good as Sabra, that makes me sad)! I was so excited to visit this restaurant, but was very underwhelmed. However, it does have pretty decor, though... View all feedback.
Tucked in a high rise bldg along Freemont St. In Seattle. Parking is very limited. About 3 spots in the back 2 in the front plus two 15 min pick up spots. The place is across the marina where you can park for free. You just have to walk across the street, up and down hill. The restaurant has a little stand for Turkish grocery items and sweets at the entrance. . The ceiling is decorated with beautiful colorful lanterns and umbrellas. The walls have framed pictures decor. The menu is posted by the door or you can scan the QR code on your table. It's a bit pricey but the flavors are good. Salads and pizzas are good as well as the different kinds of hummus. They serve water right away and they use paper straws. The rice is so savory with buttery flavor with herbs. Chicken fries with bbq sauce is quite an appetizer. Its like a single meal . The salad has a great mixture of different greens and vegetables with roasted cauliflower. Well plated salad from cold to warm together. The little pouch pasta with ground beef inside has an awesome flavor and presentation. Overall, it's a satisfying dining experience if you want different flavors instead of just the daily fast food choice. When or if you feel like spending a little bit more.
The food at this restaurant was beyond delicious. I indulged in a generous amount of food, and although there was a wait for a table (which is expected when the food and service are exceptional), it was well worth it. The menu offers a variety of vegan options, and I was extremely satisfied with my order of pomegranate tea, za'atar and pita, and falafel plate. I highly recommend this place!

Service at this restaurant was quick, with my appetizer arriving in 5 minutes and my entree in 8. The staff was polite, though not overly friendly. The food was fresh and tasty, especially the cauliflower dish. The donor kebab pockets were good, but I've had better elsewhere. The prices were competitive, offering good value for the quality of the food.
Very nice and cozy place with friendly staff. Was impressed to see Turkish people running the kitchen what makes the food authentic. We were not really hungry and therefore ordered only quick bites/sandwiches. Real food that was being served to other patrons looked really good and as confirmed by another friend who went in after us was very delicious. I would not order Döner sandwich/wrap was slices of warmed up restaurant depot gyro that I was quiet unexpected for 16$ sandwich. Will try actual Turkish food next time we visit Seattle. Great ambience!
