This restaurant has really declined. I've been a loyal customer for years, but my experience tonight was disappointing. The person taking orders was rude and messed up my order. To make matters worse, there was an RV across the street using an extension cord connected to the building. This is definitely not a good look for a multi-million dollar fast food company.

They really need to post signs at the entrance of the drive-thru to save customers time. It's been months since the pandemic started, and cash transactions are not common anymore—can’t they update their payment systems? Moreover, the service is unsatisfactory, and the food isn't good either. I wouldn't recommend visiting this Burger King; opt for another location instead. Overall, I'm not impressed.

This Burger King had great potential unfortunately the franchise ruined it! The burgers are unique compared to typical fast food, it is inexpensive, they're only few Burger Kings in Seattle! So huge potential instead when you go here the restaurant is dirty old building, the employee are rude, the food doesn't taste right, even the drive-thru display doesn't work right! I don't recommend this restaurant ? to the franchise owners shame on you, you could have done so much better for your customers, employees and yourself with little care!

This store definitely needs new management and crew from the ground up. Waited 20 min to get to the drive thru window to pay. The car in front of me drove right past the window and I thought that was strange after waiting so long. Then I got to the window and was informed (in the most I couldn 't care less way) that they 're only taking cash. Unbelievably bad service.
