Was Diane Dewald at Broadcast Coffee Roasters a mag?
During my visit to family in Seattle, we were recommended Broadcast as a local coffee shop. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They offer an excellent variety of drinks and pastries. Plus, it’s very dog-friendly! View all feedback.
What Carolina Saraiva dislikes about Broadcast Coffee Roasters:
I live down the street so I want this place to be good so bad, but I’ve tried twice and every time their cold brew tastes like dish water : The atmosphere and selection and staff are always fantastic, but the coffee unfortunately just doesn’t hit the spot for me. I’ll be trying again as I believe third time is the charm but for now I’m just sad View all feedback.
While not all, some of the cashiers seem a bit disengaged and could use a friendlier approach. It’s never ideal to be served by someone who appears unhappy and unfriendly. This happened on Thursday, June 8th, around 11 AM.
As soon as the clock struck 9 in the morning, I was welcomed by a serene atmosphere. Soft indie melodies played in the background, providing a gentle soundtrack to this coffee oasis. Surprisingly, the place wasn't packed, allowing me to enjoy some much-needed tranquility. With an iced chai latte in one hand and a slice of their delicious lemon lavender cake in the other, I savored the affordable treats. Both were delightful, and the tempting variety of other options left me eager to return and explore more. What truly sets Broadcast apart, and earns it my heartfelt five-star rating, is its remarkable staff. Warm, friendly, and highly adaptable, they truly embody the essence of exceptional service. As a blind individual, I ran into a minor issue with their Wi-Fi system, which had an unusual setup. Even though the network was open, it required a printed access code. Thankfully, one of the baristas named Luna came to my aid, helping me navigate the situation gracefully. With her assistance, I was able to connect and fully enjoy a beautiful day. Here's to a wonderful experience that guarantees my return to this exceptional place!
A little over a year ago, I relocated to Miami, and I've struggled to find good coffee here. As a result, I've been ordering from various places across the country to discover what I enjoy. I highly recommend this café. Their beans are exceptional, and the roaster, whoever they may be, truly knows their craft!
We adore this dog-friendly coffee shop! The drinks and food are consistently fantastic, and the staff and service are exceptional.
