Th... read more We have been staying here for the past three weeks due to a medical emergency, and I can't say enough about how fantastic the staff and management have been! They have truly gone above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay. This has been a challenging time for our family, and it’s comforting to know that there are people who genuinely care. The rooms are impeccably clean, and every staff member has been incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's restaurant, Brellas, offers delicious food at reasonable prices, and the room service is a great option for those long days. The restaurant itself is wonderful too. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

When we arrived on New Year's Eve, the parking lot was packed, but the parking attendant came up with a clever solution and found us a spot. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the Space Needle fireworks. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, and the bar stayed open until 2 AM with the best bartender I've ever encountered. My only minor complaint was the lack of chalk for the pool table, but it wasn’t a major issue. A huge thanks to all the staff for making our New Year's celebration truly special!

The bar is separate from the restaurant, so ordering a drink with your meal can be inconvenient, depending on whether the server shares the drink options with y... read more The bar is separate from the restaurant, so ordering a drink with your meal can be inconvenient, depending on whether the server shares the drink options with you. Service was lacking; we often had to wait for water and coffee refills, and aside from taking our order and delivering our food, the staff did not check on us. On one occasion, we came down to order fried ice cream to take to our room to avoid the expensive room service fees. After waiting about five minutes for the server, we were informed that we would have to wait an additional ten minutes for her to deliver a room service order. Seriously—only one person is handling both the restaurant and room service? If you're staying at the hotel and really want to avoid going outside, this is a workable option, though it only serves breakfast and dinner, so lunch is not available. However, there are many better dining options nearby, and I would recommend choosing one of those instead.

We ordered the Brella Burger (with fries), Brussels Sprouts, and Caesar Salad. Given the reviews we'd read, we expected the food to be mediocre and bland, but we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality, freshness, flavor, and generous portions of all three dishes. The service was a bit inconsistent, but it didn’t ruin our experience. We would definitely dine here again.
