Liked the gluten free friendliness and the cozy welcoming feel of the place. To go materials etc were very earth friendly and they had yummy free tea while you wait to go or even eat there. Highly reccomend. View all feedback.
What Ashton Kassulke dislikes about Big Uncle:
I’ve heard great things about this place, but honestly was disappointed. The Thai ice tea was watery. The pad Thai was.....sour and dry? I added in the extras they give you on the side but it just wasn’t working for me. The mango sticky rice was good. View all feedback.
This restaurant offers the most authentic Thai food I've ever had—it's transporting me back to Thailand! Every visit has been a delightful experience, with each dish bursting with flavor. The portion sizes are just right. The crispy chicken skin with steam beer was absolutely delicious; I wish I could have eaten a dozen! This place is definitely worth your time, appetite, and money. I can't wait to come back!
The broth at Chicken Cure was fantastic. The steamed rolls were not only delicious but packed with flavor. I especially enjoyed their tea with pandan! The atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful—ideal for enjoying quality food quickly while still having a relaxed sit-down experience. You won't be disappointed!
This cozy little restaurant has a small menu, but the Thai food is outstanding. The only downside is that the space feels quite cramped. We visited on a Friday night, so it’s understandable that it was crowded. We will definitely return, as the aromas were fresh and authentic. Highly recommended!
Great place to get Thai food. Small menu with some great, authentic dishes in it. Both dishes we had were delicious and not like Thai from bug restaurants, much more like street cuisine with home kitchen crossed. Great atmosphere and service. Try the combucha before buying, it is an acquired taste.
Ooh! The Khao Soi Gai hits the sweet spot on a cold day! It's coco-nutty, creamy, and oozing tons of curry flavor! Hiding under that bushel of fried noodles is a house-made packet of dried chili flakes. Generously sprinkle it into the bowl if you want to be sweating and huffing out fire! Actually, it's an aromatic spiciness and I recommend tapping it gently so you don't get too much. Super satisfied w/ both dishes. Make sure to be kind and bus your own table to the bins after you're done.
