However, when I arrive... read more I ordered a 5-course takeout meal for two, along with wine, through Tock. The payment went through, and I received an email confirmation. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they didn’t have my order at all and that they had stopped offering takeout service over a year ago. The owner was there, and he was impatient and rude, unwilling to provide any explanation and insisting that I leave. I was confused and upset, feeling like an unwanted customer. Eventually, he agreed to reach out to Tock, and I did receive a refund, but the experience left me hurt. I will not be returning.

The owner of these restaurants seems to be quite out of touch. He has publicly stated that he supports people eating unhealthy food, which is concerning. No rat... read more The owner of these restaurants seems to be quite out of touch. He has publicly stated that he supports people eating unhealthy food, which is concerning. No rational person should endorse someone with that mindset. I won't be returning to any of his locations in the future. They've lost a dedicated customer who used to recommend them to many friends and family.
