Eating was in order. impossible burger was good, suppening were ok, packing was not too good and it is somehow expensive when they cost the to the restaurant, but then again for the sake of paying out not eating. as soon as they get the food is reasonable!

Purchased tickets on 11/10 for 12/13 at 6:00pm as a gift for my wife's birthday. I received an email on 12/8 stating that my tickets were cancelled due to a pri... read more Purchased tickets on 11/10 for 12/13 at 6:00pm as a gift for my wife's birthday. I received an email on 12/8 stating that my tickets were cancelled due to a private event at the same time. I spoke with someone from Smith Tower on the phone right after this and decided to just refund the tickets and would schedule another time that works better. On 12/13, I received another phone call from Smith Tower about my tickets. I was driving and didn't answer, but called back about 15 minutes later when I got home. The associate wanted to discuss rescheduling or refunding the tickets (I asked for a refund on 12/8). I have made 6 attempts to call back and speak to someone on the phone, all during business hours and no one has yet to call back or even pick up the phone. Incredibly disappointed in Smith Tower, but not surprised given this exact same thing happened in 2016 when my wife and I were turned away at the door on her birthday without any attempt to contact me about the private event taking place that same night. I can not recommend Smith Tower to anyone after this experience.
