Trophy Cupcakes Party - Seattle

The Chocolate Chocolate Vegan Party cupcake is absolutely delicious! I give it four stars because they only offer one vegan cupcake option. The cake is incredibly soft and moist, while the frosting is light and fluffy without being overly sweet. The sprinkles add a nice crunch to each bite, and the added touch of edible vegan gold glitter is a fun surprise. I received a message from Trophy on April 28, 2019 saying that they are working on introducing more vegan flavors in the future.

This restaurant has a vegan chocolate cupcake that is always available. It is nice, but a bit too sweet for some tastes. The icing is denser and less fluffy than other cupcakes I've tried, which could be a downside for some people. Personally, I enjoy the extra sweetness, but it may not be to everyone's liking.

While there was only one vegan option, we were happy that it was chocolate! We wish they would add more vegan options in the future. The cake was moist, and the icing was fluffy and decadently sweet. We had some difficulty finding the shop, but eventually discovered it hidden away in the shopping center.
