I had lunch there. Food was good as well as service. But their interior is like 80s....I don't know maybe I will go back for food.
So far this has been the only place in town (Monterey, Seaside, Pacific Grove) that we have gone back to more than once, actually, we’ve been there at least four or five times already. Some of the best Korean food I’ve ever had. And cannot recommend it enough!
Came w family during lunch hour on a Monday, service was on point even w one server w 7 other tables being served. And to top it off, the food-just excellent w flavors to bring back memories of my childhood back in Korea. The portions were reflective of the price so no surprises…, perfect match to satiate my and family’s appetite.
The dol sot (stone pot rice) items are very delicious! The hot stone pot with some oils added creates the best crispy rice I’ve ever had. The kimchi jun (pancake) is also very crispy, tasty, and delicious! Great food and service!
My wife and I held today for lunch in the orient express. eating was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. it made us very sad to see so few mozens in this restaurant. if they want the best Korean food in the city, this is the place.
