There were no wet wipes and... read more Disappointing experience; I think I was served sparrow instead of chicken. At least the tiny portion of mashed potatoes was only $5! There were no wet wipes and not even a napkin provided. Fortunately, my dog's fur came in handy for cleaning up (and my wife wasn’t watching).

The employee at the drive-thru also saw me but didn’t say anything. By this time, three customers were in line, and there were no staff at the counter. I stood there for what felt like an eternity waiting for someone to assist me. When I finally started placing my order, the employee began chatting with a coworker. Seriously? I love KFC, but it seems like their locations consistently struggle with staffing issues.
