Balgowlah Rsl Memorial Club - SEAFORTH

I attended a charity event on Saturday night at Balgowlah RSL, and I had a great experience. The band, The Interceptors, was fantastic and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my first visit enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again!

I ordered the large garlic and cheese bread, which was the highlight of the meal. However, the steak was cooked well, rather than the medium rare I had requested. The chicken Hokkien noodles were overly drenched in a sauce that seemed like it came straight from a bottle, making them nearly inedible. Overall, it’s a place that might appeal to older diners who prefer milder flavors.

We really enjoy the club, but unfortunately, the bistro's specialty wasn't available tonight. The pork served was cold and overcooked, which was very disappointing for both me and my friend, who ordered the same dish. We brought our concerns to the waitstaff, but I wonder if the kitchen received our feedback.

Wine bar used to be a great place to dine. Menu is not what you get.

Ribs were grosse, straight out the pressure cooker and pretty sure the meat was off. Salads aren't dressed, just topped with a balsamic drizzle glaze, impossible to mix it through all the salad ingredients in the bowl provided. Parmy's, chips and the Barra are Staff are all super friendly and cool, nice place to get beer, wine, or feed
