They seemed to pri... read more What a disappointing experience! We hosted my granddaughter's birthday party at the Dickson City, PA location, and it will be our last visit. They seemed to prioritize efficiency over a fun experience, rushing us through the entire event. The kids weren’t even allowed to open their gifts because they had another party booked, putting profit first! This place is nothing like it used to be! I'm extremely let down, and their prices are outrageous!

The restaurant was clean, and our server/host was outstanding. I didn't expect much from the food since it's a children's party venue, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. We went on a Saturday, and it wasn't too crowded. There are fewer game activities than before COVID, but it's still a great option for all ages. While the excitement of Chuck E. Cheese may not be what it once was, my kids certainly had a great time.
