Seriously, she was amazing!!! Well worth every penny spent.

She really had fun and playful energy for the kids and I think made the party really enjoyable for the birthday girl. The location is really clean, bathrooms were spotless, machines were all in good working order, and the party food/drinks were pretty good (they provide pizza and dippin dots). All employees were great: if machines were out of tickets you only had to mention it and they would fill them right away, as I already mentioned the party person was awesome, Chuck E Cheese character was fun and appeared multiple times (including the special appearance for the party), and the ticket prize counter clerk was super as well.

They seemed to pri... read more What a disappointing experience! We hosted my granddaughter's birthday party at the Dickson City, PA location, and it will be our last visit. They seemed to prioritize efficiency over a fun experience, rushing us through the entire event. The kids weren’t even allowed to open their gifts because they had another party booked, putting profit first! This place is nothing like it used to be! I'm extremely let down, and their prices are outrageous!

Now, I think it's great that you can just get a card for half an hour of unlimited playtime. I really appreciate the fact that the rides won't start until you buckle up.

Sierra was very kind and helpful, especially since it was my kids' first visit and I hadn't been there in years. With three kids playing, the price was reasonable, and the time allotted for play was just right. We will definitely return for another visit!
